It is possible to pay your bill by bank transfer, credit card or in cash directly on site and within the limits permitted by law.

In case of unexpected changes of plans, we inform you that cancellation is free up to 4 weeks before arrival. Beyond this period, the following conditions will apply:
 

• From 4 to 2 weeks before arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged
• From 2 weeks to 5 days before arrival, 80% of the total price will be charged
• In case of late arrival, early departure or no show, 100% of the total price will be charged.

Our smart registration system allows you to take advantage of every second of your holiday right away. In the email we will send you before departure, you will find a code reserved for you, to use as a digital method of opening the chalet. This code will automatically deactivate at checkout.
